  • With an early introduction to retail, Danielle pursued and received a BS in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware. She worked in various buying roles for over seven years with companies such as Life is Good, CCS, Motherhood Maternity, and Global Pursuit. Her love for independent retail never faded, and after moving to Los Angeles, she began her career as a retail consultant for independent retailers in 2012.

    Guiding over $100 million in annual sales revenue and inventory for retailers and wholesalers, Danielle thrives on the unique challenges each client presents. Most of her clients see increased cash flow and gain a clearer understanding of their business's pain points and strengths. Danielle he effectively leverages her clients' strengths while mitigating their weaknesses, translating to more cash in their accounts—or even towards that dream vacation. After each meeting, her clients leave with a clear agenda for improving their businesses.

    Danielle has always known that working with independent retailers was her passion. She finds each retailer unique and enjoys the challenge of bringing a fresh perspective to the table. In addition to her dedication to independent retail, Danielle occasionally teaches buying classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles and has led various workshops for clients and their teams, covering topics from buying clinics to team structuring to assortment planning, market prep, and more.

  • With 18 years of experience in both corporate and independent retail, Holly has firsthand knowledge of the modern retail landscape. She has overseen all aspects of store development, from conception to opening, and navigated the many exciting hurdles in between, including hiring, training, growth, inventory management, and financial analysis. From entry-level to leadership roles, she has faced challenges and learned the importance of strategic planning for long-term success. Most recently, Holly worked for a major retail brand, managing operations across 14 stores, 200+ employees, and over $40 million in revenue.

    Holly is inspired daily by the creativity and tenacity within the independent retail community. Her ability to support business growth by offering strategies backed by sophisticated data has been incredibly rewarding. This trusting partnership with clients has allowed her to fast-track their retail vision and drive profit growth.

  • KC brings over 15 years of retail industry experience, specializing in women’s and men’s apparel, accessories, and inventory management. With deep expertise in merchandise planning and trend navigation, KC understands how to optimize inventory and drive profitability in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

    KC’s career began at Ralph Lauren as a buyer for childrenswear, where strategic SKU expansion and web merchandising initiatives drove double-digit year-over-year growth. At Urban Outfitters, KC led a team of planners, overseeing a $100M+ annual revenue business with 5,000+ SKUs, managing in-stock levels across 300 stores, and scaling online growth. Most recently, at Amazon, KC spearheaded long-term strategic growth and global supply chain management for the consumer electronics division, supporting both Amazon.com and its offline retail partners worldwide.

Havy Rosenstock, Consultant

  • Havy has spent 16 years in retail, focused on Women’s apparel, luxury merchandising, and merchandise planning.  She started her retail career through the Executive Development Program at Neiman Marcus, where she moved into roles including Assistant Buyer, Department Manager, and Senior Merchandise Planner. That time gave her a deep appreciation for luxury products, open-to-buy planning, forecasting, and how cross-functional teams work together to bring great product to customers.

    After her time at Neimans Marcus, Havy went to Urban Outfitters where she managed open-to-buy, inventory flow, and markdown strategy across 11 women’s categories. In this fast-moving environment, she learned how to pair trend direction with disciplined inventory and financial oversight to support strong sales and while maintaining healthy margins.

    In her latest role, Havy spent seven years in both buying and planning for a luxury independent retailer. She was responsible for inventory strategy, assortment planning, and vendor relationships across the business. This, in turn, strengthened cash flow, improved inventory productivity, and supported sustainable growth. That experience deepened her understanding of the day-to-day challenges independent retailers face.
